About Us

Health Careers Training Institute (HCTI) was created with one purpose in mind: to make quality

healthcare training accessible, affordable, and achievable.

Founded in 2021 in response to Kentucky’s growing need for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our school has quickly expanded to include in-demand programs such as Phlebotomy, EKG Technician, Certified Medication Aide, Pharmacy Technician and Medical Assistant.

At HCTI, we focus on practical skills, real-world experience, and accelerated learning pathways that allow students to complete training efficiently and confidently enter the healthcare field.
