Michelle Young

Michelle Young, is a Registered Nurse with almost 15 years of Nursing experience. Her most prized role has been Nurse Educator and mentor.

She is highly trained and educated and has a passion for healthcare education. She has earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Michelle’s passion for helping others and healthcare education is what drives her ambition as a proprietary school owner and nursing instructor.

Makayla plays an integral in daily operations as she supports the Administrative Office.

Being apart of this team, Makayla ensures that the student experience from the time of application submission to graduation of the student.

Arian Franklin-Williams

Arian is dedicated to preparing students for success in the healthcare field through hands-on training and engaging instruction.

As a Phlebotomy Instructor, Arian teaches essential skills such as venipuncture, capillary collection, and infection control while reinforcing professionalism and patient care. With a focus on building confidence and competence, Arian helps students develop the skills they need to excel in clinical settings and beyond.

Atazia plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. She supports seamless day-to-day operations, ensuring that students, staff, and processes stay organized and on track.
