I understand and agree to the selected Payment Plan. I understand that failure to pay my payments as scheduled/agreed will result in dismissal from the Program. All payments shall commence no later than 10 days prior to the start of class and are due weekly on Fridays by 11:59pm. I understand that I will be invoiced for each payment and may be required to keep a credit/debit on file for payment.

Tuition Assistance

If you work atleast 20 hours per week and have verifiable proof, you may qualify for 50% Tuition Assistance with one of our Community Partners. Please contact us for more information.

Health Careers Training Institute is an approved education provider for multiple community agencies in Kentucky and Indiana.
