All plans require a $50 non-refundable payment plan fee plus timely weekly payments in addition to the $150 Application Fee paid. Use the table below to understand exactly what is due and when. All payment plan payments begin being deducted from the card on file 10 Days (Week 1) prior to the Cohort Start Date

Which programs qualify for payment plans?

Eligible for payment plans:
• CNA — Day Classes
• CNA — Night Classes
• Phlebotomy (in-person)
• EKG Technician (in-person)

Not eligible for payment plans at this time:
• Pharmacy Technician
• Medical Assistant

Students enrolling in Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant programs must pay tuition following the standard payment policies for those programs. Payment plans are not available for these courses at this time.

How our payment plans work

  • Pay a one-time, non-refundable $50 payment plan fee before your plan starts.

  • Pay your $150 application / upfront amount to secure your seat.

  • Provide a valid debit or credit card to enroll in automatic weekly payments.

  • Payments are processed every Friday, starting 10 days before your class start date.

  • Plans run for 4 consecutive weeks (see course details above).

Important rules you must agree to

  • All payments must be made on time. Late or declined payments may result in cancellation.
  • There are absolutely no refunds for any payment made, for any reason.
  • If fees are not paid on time, your class registration will be canceled.
  • You authorize us to automatically charge your debit/credit card on file for each scheduled payment.
  • We reserve the right to pursue collections for any unpaid balance on your account.

Before you submit your payment plan agreement

By enrolling in a Payment Plan with Payment Plans, you understand and agree that:

  • A $50 payment plan fee is required in addition to your course cost and is non-refundable.

  • You will keep a valid debit or credit card on file for weekly auto-debit payments each Friday.

  • Payments will begin 10 days prior to the start date of your class and continue weekly until the balance is paid.

  • If a payment fails or is not made on time, your class registration may be canceled and you may be removed from class without a refund of any payments made.

  • No refunds will be issued for any payments made on the plan, regardless of attendance or completion. See our Refund Policy section.

  • We reserve the right to pursue collections, including third-party collection agencies, of any unpaid balance.
