Who We Are
HCTI was founded in 2021 to help meet the high demand for CNAs in Kentucky. Since then, we have expanded our course offerings to include Phlebotomy, EKG Technician and Certified Medication Aide (coming soon!) courses.
At HCTI, we prepare students with the education and skills training to perform optimally in various healthcare settings.

Meet Our Program Director
Our Program Director, Michelle Young, is a Registered Nurse with almost 15 years of Nursing experience. Her most prized role has been Nurse Educator.
She is highly trained and educated and has a passion for healthcare education. She has earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Michelle’s passion for helping others and healthcare education is what drives her ambition as a proprietary school owner and nurse aide instructor.
HCTI is currently based in Kentuckiana.
