Standard Notarization

  • $30 per notarization (per signature / notarial act)

Mobile Notary (We Come To You)

  • Travel Fee: $0.50–$1.00 per mile (round trip)

  • Recommended minimum mobile visit fee: $25 (travel portion)

After-Hours / Weekend Convenience

  • After 6 PM: $25 surcharge

  • Saturday/Sunday: $50 surcharge

Document Support (Optional)

  • Printing: $1–$2 per page

  • Scanning/Emailing: $5 per file

  • Administrative/Document Handling (if needed): $10

Your document (unsigned) — you must sign in front of the notary

Any additional signers must be present with their own IDs

We cannot notarize incomplete documents.

Are there any situations where fees can’t be charged?

Some notarizations may be fee-restricted or fee-prohibited by law. If that applies, we’ll tell you before we proceed.
